Our customer training teams promote and maintain close relationships with the company's Engineering and Product Support organisations, as well as with airframe and accessory manufacturers, with the aim of providing the customer with the right training against a backdrop of current service operations, maintenance practices and trouble-shooting procedures.
Rolls-Royce has three Customer Training Centres, one located in Derby, England, one in East Kilbride, Scotland and a third located in Indianapolis, USA.

Customer training classes provide technical information and 'hands-on' experience for people who operate and maintain Rolls-Royce engines. The goal of each training programme is to build confidence based on knowledge and understanding. Engine systems familiarisation and maintenance procedures are key focal points of each programme.
