Message from Yang
Yuanyuan, Minister of the General Administration
of Civil Aviation of China
I would like to take this opportunity
to extend my sincere congratulations on
the 10th anniversary of the Senior Executive
Development Programme jointly sponsored
by the CAAC and Rolls-Royce.
The CAAC and Rolls-Royce launched this
strategic training project ten years ago.
Over the past ten years, both sides worked
in concert with each other, produced a
large number of outstanding managers for
our industry and made great contributions
to the rapid development of China's civil
aviation.
At present, China's civil aviation is
at a key stage in transforming from a
large aviation country to a strong aviation
nation, and our aviation colleagues are
making unremitting efforts to realize
such a goal. It has been widely recognized
that only if we have highly-qualified
personnel would our industry be prospering.
Human resources will play an essential
role in a new round of fast growth in
China's civil aviation.
Faced with severe challenges and great
opportunities, we are focusing our training
to produce more and more senior and highly-qualified
managers for the further development of
our industry through intensifying international
cooperation and being more innovative
and creative.
May the CAAC and Rolls-Royce have stronger
ties of friendship and our cooperation
further enhanced! Hopefully, we can create
a more splendid prospect in our future
collaboration.
