Oakland

Rolls-Royce Engine Services is a global business employing 361 people. Dedicated to aero gas turbine engine overhaul and repair, employees at our Oakland facility support a broad range of products for over 30 foreign military air forces, all branches of the U.S. military and commercial operators worldwide. These engines include the T56-501, T56-A-427, AE1107 and Model 250. In addition, our engineers also remanufacture various accessories and components, sell new and restored parts, and provide field service and on-site training as needed.

In 2005, Oakland began its On Wing Care (OWC) programme, which initially operated out of Newark, New Jersey. Oakland’s OWC services now supply on and off wing maintenance support to Rolls-Royce customers at strategic locations throughout North America. The programme covers a variety of engines including the AE3007, Tay611, BR710 and 715, and RB211, as well as the Trent Series.
