Indianapolis

Rolls-Royce’s facility in Indianapolis is not only our largest operation in North America, but the largest outside the UK as well. It employs well over 4,000 people in two main facilities: a one million square foot research, development and testing site and a two million square foot production site.

Employees here design, develop and manufacture products for the Civil and Defence Aerospace markets, including engines for corporate and regional aircraft, and helicopter and defence products. These include the AE 3007 for Embraer regional jets; the AE 2100 which powers the Lockheed Martin C-130J and the C-27J; the AE 1107 which powers the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey tiltrotor; and lift system components for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF).

Indianapolis is a friendly, multicultural city, big enough to offer all the amenities and entertainment you could wish for, yet small enough to have a real sense of community.
