It’s a demanding environment that requires broad business skill sets, a passion for results and an understanding of our clients.
After-sales care and lifetime support are central to our business strategy. In fact, together they represent one of the biggest parts of our business. Customer Services specialises in developing long-term, trusted relationships with our clients, and in making sure we deliver exactly what they expect. In doing so, we help to maintain and expand the Group’s business portfolio.
