Who We Are
We are the headquarters location for Rolls-Royce North America and provide management direction for all operations in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, we are worldwide headquarters for the energy business and home to the civil aerospace customer business teams and government relations group.

What We Do
While not a manufacturing site, our 100+ employees at corporate headquarters have day-to-day interaction with our facilities in North America by providing centralized support in disciplines such as finance (accounting, tax, treasury and sales finance), human resources, legal and corporate communications.

Our civil aerospace customer business teams include professionals in sales, marketing and commercial/contracts for major and regional airline customers. In addition, customer service management for about 50 field locations resides in Chantilly.

Our government relations team is responsible for representing us within various branches of the U.S. Government, staying engaged in policy matters and maintaining a full understanding of issues that affect us as a supplier.

Where We Live
We are located in Fairfax County, Virginia, just outside the Washington, DC beltway. Northern Virginia has a booming economy, and our suburban surroundings offer many advantages, including short commutes for many of our employees. Our proximity to the D.C. area brings unlimited opportunities for cultural events, weekend excursions, and easy access to historical sites in the mid-Atlantic region.
