401K Savings Plan
You can participate in our 401K plan beginning your
first day of employment. This tax-qualified program
allows pre- and post-tax contributions of up to 25%
of your pay. We will match 100% of the first 5% you
contribute. Both company and employee contributions
are 100% vested from day one.
529 College Savings Plan
The 529 College Savings Plan is designed to assist you
in reaching your financial goal of saving for your child's
education. The 529 plan uses after-tax dollars for federal
income tax-free withdrawals for qualified higher education
expenses.
Life Insurance
We provide a basic life insurance benefit up to two
times your annual salary. You may purchase optional
insurance up to five times your salary. Dependent insurance
is available to cover your spouse and children.
