Rewards

Wherever you work, and whichever programme you choose, we want you to feel rewarded - whether that reward is money, a sense of achievement, friendly and helpful colleagues, or the opportunity to gain new skills and qualifications. For most people it’s a combination of all of these things.

Graduate programme benefits

The starting salaries for our graduate programmes are as follows:

  • If you’re joining a Professional Excellence programme, you will start on £25,000 with a £2,000 Joining bonus
  • If you’re on a Leadership Development programme, your proven leadership skills will attract a premium starting salary of £27,500 with a £3,000 Joining Bonus.
  • Both programmes have a salary review based on performance after nine months.

    You’ll also receive:
  • A generous 33 days holiday (including statutory holidays) per year (minimum)
  • All employee bonus scheme - up to two weeks’ pay as a lump sum depending on company and business performance
  • A competitive defined contribution pension arrangement
  • Three tax-effective share plans for all employees
  • Free parking on all sites (excluding London Head Office)
  • Career breaks (and we’ll make up your pension contributions when you return from your career break)
  • Life cover of three times annual salary and accidental injury insurance whether at work or not
  • An independent confidential counselling service is provided for all employees 24 hours a day to help resolve problems both personal and work-related
  • We offer the facility to donate to any charities from pre-tax pay. Every £1 you give only costs you 78p as a basic rate tax payer
  • Opportunities for flexible working arrangements.

Internship programme benefits

Clearly the main purpose of an internship with us is to gain meaningful work experience, but it’s only right that we offer a reward package that reflects that you’ll be doing real work with us.

  • A competitive salary
  • 33 days’ holiday a year (including statutory holidays)
  • Free parking on all sites (excluding our London Head Office)
  • An independent confidential counselling service is provided for all employees 24 hours a day to help resolve problems both personal and work-related
  • We offer the facility to donate to any charity from pre-tax pay. Every £1 you give only costs you 78p as a basic rate tax payer
  • Gaining real-life experience of working for a well-renowned company
  • Developing important skills such as communications and project management
  • A competitive defined contribution pension arrangement
  • Best of all, there’s a real possibility that you’ll go back to university with a £750 bursary for your final year, and an offer of a place on the graduate training programme (subject to you getting a 2.1 degree or above) with another £750 payable when you join us.

In addition, those on longer internships are eligible for:
