Online application

All applications need to be made using the online application process. Why? – because this gives us the information we need at this stage and ensures consistency (you’d be amazed at the many different styles of CV there are out there).

You’ll be asked to register by entering your email address and setting up a password. Once you’ve registered, you can begin to complete the application form. This may take you some time – but you can save what you’ve done and come back to it later. We don’t see your application until you indicate that you’re ready.

Please ensure you complete all sections. Try to provide concise but meaningful answers to the questions in the ‘Personal Abilities’ section - this gives you an indication of the sort of questions you can expect to be asked during one of the interviews at the assessment centre.

Once we receive your application we’ll send you an initial acknowledgement by email. We will then review your application against criteria including your qualifications, work experience, and other achievements, as well as the availability of places on the training development programme.

We’ll keep you in touch with the progress of your application, mostly by email, but you can also check for yourself by logging on to the online application system.
