What happens next

After the assessment centre, we’ll review all of the information we have about you before coming to a decision about whether to offer you a place on your chosen graduate development or internship programme. We’re aware you’ll probably have other options to consider so we’ll let you know the outcome as soon as possible.
Whatever the result, we hope you’ll ask for feedback. Generally it’s a good idea to get feedback a few days after you’ve heard the result, as you’ll have had time for the news to sink in. Whether you’ve been successful or not there will be some useful pointers for the future, so please approach the feedback with an open mind. We don’t necessarily expect you to agree with everything (especially if you’ve been unsuccessful) but we hope you’ll understand how we came to our decision.
