Post graduate research
If you are coming towards the end of your research, there are a few options you might consider within Rolls-Royce.

1. Graduate Programmes
Some PhD students are interested in our graduate development programme, and we welcome their applications as we do First degree holders. Find out more about our graduate programmes.

2. PhD specialism posts
Due to our extensive research network, we sometimes recruit PhD candidates whose specialism is of direct relevance to us. Often these individuals have been researching at one of our UTCs. If you believe your specialism is of direct relevance to Rolls-Royce, you can apply here. We will then be able to circulate your details straight to the appropriate line managers, who will consider whether they have the right vacancy available. Applying through this route, rather than for regular vacancies (see below) is like sending a speculative application – it is more likely that an appropriate vacancy doesn’t yet exist but might be created once a manager has seen your details.

3. Regular job vacancies
Other PhD students feel ready to consider broader options and want to be considered for jobs outside their specialisms. We’re always looking for talented people across the organisation.
