Project management
Project Management plays a key role in making Rolls-Royce
more competitive in the global market-place. We’re
at the heart of ensuring that Rolls-Royce meets customer
expectations by putting corporate and business strategy
into action, so we’re always looking at ways of
improving our project management capability.
By using relevant processes and methodologies, we ensure
that vital projects of all shapes and sizes are delivered
efficiently and on time. This is a key business skill,
which involves bringing together a complex mix of people,
disciplines, organisations, countries, stakeholders
and tasks.
