Human resources
What is Human Resources at Rolls-Royce?
Here at Rolls-Royce, we aim to drive a high-performance
culture by delivering world-class HR services to support
our business objectives.
We do this through a strong network of HR professionals
who, as part of the business leadership team, drive
performance and change. These valuable HR professionals
work in both general roles and specialised areas such
as recruitment, training, career development, reward
strategies and employee relations.
There is a wide choice of roles within Human Resources
that a graduate can consider. Many of our trainees choose
to go into a generalist role first, where they work
closely with a management team in a particular business
area to deliver its objectives and challenges. Other
more specialist roles within Human Resources allow graduates
to develop more in-depth knowledge and professional
skills around a particular area.
