Engineering Apprenticeships
The Rolls-Royce Apprenticeship is not an easy option,
and it won’t be for everyone. However, if you’ve
an interest in engineering; if you’re committed
to learning; and if you want to see what you’re
studying come to life – this is a chance to develop
skills and qualifications that are in high demand, with
one of the world’s greatest names in engineering.

What will you do?
You’ll be paid while you study a range of topics
in the classroom, and over three years, you’ll
also put the skills you learn into practice, on real
life engines, working alongside some of the greatest
engineers in the field. So, in between studying the
theory, you’ll also haul yourself under the engines,
make parts yourself and get your hands dirty.
We recruit apprentices for a range of engineering roles
– some of which are highly practical and hands-on;
others of which are much more technical and will see
you working more with computers than engine parts. So,
if you’re the kind of person who loves getting
to grips with things, it could be that you’re
more suited to a practical role. If, however, you’re
intrigued by how machines work as a whole – and
how they’re designed – a technical role
might fit your interests better.
