You could also work with the external suppliers who make 70% of our components.

Summer Internships (10-12 weeks)
- Well-rounded life experience - academically, socially and in any previous work situations
- A strong pre-university academic record
- A predicted 2.1 bachelor’s degree in a technical, science or numerate subject
- A-Levels at Grade B or above in Science and/or Economics or Maths

Step 1: Application
Find your preferred desired programme in Search and Apply to apply online.
We'll want to know about your degree, work experience and extracurricular activities. You'll need to choose options from our drop-down menus, but there are also plenty of spaces to tell us really sell yourself, so make sure you do!
The closing date for applications varies between programmes, so please check the individual listings - Please note, the Internship Development Programme application process for Poland, Finland and Sweden will open January 2015. Germany applications will open on March 2015.
Once you have submitted your online application, you will immediately receive two emails – one to acknowledge that you have submitted your application, and the second email inviting you to take some online assessments. You will then have ten days to complete them – but before you do, try out some sample question by visiting http://Rolls-Royce.cut-e.com .
Please note: For internships located in Germany and the US, you will not be required to complete the online assessments.
You will need to complete all of the assessments provided for your application to be considered. We have also compiled a number of frequently asked questions to support you.

Step 2: Come to our Assessment Centre
If you application is successful, we will invite you to an assessment centre. This final stage of our recruitment process rigorously tests your suitability's and usually includes a behavioural interview, a technical interview, ability testing and group exercises. Research and preparation is the key to your success.
Step 3: Success – you've got the job!
We'll let you know if you've been successful within 48 hours of your assessment centre visit. If you have, then you'll receive a formal offer via email along with all the other relevant information you need.
Step 4: Starting at Rolls-Royce
Once you accept, we do all we can to make joining us as straight forward as possible. You'll be put in touch with the right people immediately to make sure that you have access to a network of support right from the beginning.
