Youssef Aroub - Operations Management

Operations rarely come as complex as those you'll find at Rolls-Royce. And on this graduate development programme you'll play a big part in the continuing success of our own manufacturing, assembly and repair facilities – as well as the external suppliers who make around 70 per cent of our components.

You'll start with three, six-month placements, with various rotations – leading to a management role where you can build on what you've learned.

On offer, you'll find a wide range of operations management and future general management roles. Along with high-quality training and mentoring, you'll take on challenging assignments in core operations functions, such as manufacturing, purchasing, supply change management and quality.

Strong leadership skills and a good technical, science or numerate degree (2:1 or above in the UK, GPA 3.0 or above in the US) are a must.

Other candidates will need the national equivalent of these qualifications You’ll also need to show a passion for operations management and the desire to work globally.
