As a graduate in our Manufacturing Engineering team, you'll be fundamental to our ability to deliver on promises. Our customer expectations are huge, but we need practical, inquisitive brains like yours to help turn our order book into profitable reality and ideas into physical products.
To stay ahead, we're constantly improving our methods of production - developing new manufacturing technologies and facilities, realising challenging product designs and improving, as well as controlling methods of manufacture, assembly and repair throughout the product lifecycle - all with the aim of improving capability and reducing cost.
On your development programme, the emphasis will be on team-work - and it's a fast-paced high-tech, state-of-the-art environment to learn in, with lots of variety across our sectors. As well as professional mentoring and high quality training, you'll experience challenging placements across capability acquisition, product introduction, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Along with proven team-working and problem-solving skills, you'll need excellent communication ability plus plenty of initiative and a flexible attitude.
You'll have an MEng or MSc, along with at least a 2:1 degree and an A-level grade B or above in Maths and Physics (or Chemistry if you did not study Physics).
If you're from the US you'll need to be an Engineering major with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0. Other candidates will need the national equivalent of these qualifications
