You'll start with three, six-month placements, which may include services, sales support, marketing  or business development at least one of which will be overseas –  You will then continue with your programme, leading to a management role where you can build on what you've learned.

Customer skills and business acumen are vital for this area. A strong thinker, you’ll have a flair for creating and maintaining relationships, whilst being a natural networker and influencer.

You'll need a strong academic record pre-university and a bachelor’s degree (2:1 achieved or expected in the UK).

US students need an overall GPA of 3.0 or above. Other candidates will need the national equivalent of these qualifications
