About the award
Rolls-Royce was very proud to sponsor this award for the second year running as the volume and quality of applications we have received has been incredible. Our 10 finalists had a huge range of experience and all have exciting careers ahead of them.
Ella Jakubowska, our overall winner last year, won a ten week paid summer internship in Customer Management with us as part of her prize and began her internship with us on 24 June 2013 - joining over 180 other interns at our induction day in Derby. To find out more about her experience as our Female Undergraduate of the Year, you can read her blog: www.femaleundergraduateoftheyear.wordpress.com
Ella thoroughly enjoyed her experience with Rolls-Royce and has been offered, and accepted, a place on our graduate customer management programme when she finishes her studies.
