About the award
Rolls-Royce is very proud to be sponsoring this award again as the volume and quality of applications we received for this year's award was incredible. Our 10 finalists had a huge range of experience and all have exciting careers ahead of them.
Ella Jakubowska, our overall winner, won a ten week paid summer internship in Customer Management with us as part of her prize and began her internship with us on 24 June 2013 - joining over 180 other interns at our induction day in Derby.
