Supply Chain Management

Delivering our customers' engines and spare parts on time and at minimal cost is a complex and mission-critical challenge. It's one that takes an ever-evolving chain of people, processes and suppliers across the globe: all working together seamlessly and intelligently to make it happen.

Our Supply Chain Management Graduate Development Programme has been designed to give you exposure across the full supply chain. So as part of your 18-month programme, you’ll complete up to five placements, two of which will be core roles including Materials Resource Planning and Supply Chain Design. You’ll also complete placements in logistics and scheduling, which means you can expect to work with teams all over the business and make a difference to on complex forecasting and planning projects.

Your graduate development consultant and career coaches will help you select placements that strengthen your knowledge and experiences. And you can look forward to training in key manufacturing methodologies like Lean Six Sigma. But you’ll do more than learn from a highly qualified team: on this programme, you’ll become one of them. That’s because we encourage all our Supply Chain Management graduates to attain membership of a relevant professional body.
