Whether we're developing new jet engines, creating new manufacturing facilities or building power stations, sound project management ensures we always meet our customers' expectations – as well as our own.
This two-year programme consists of four six-month placements, with various rotations giving you experience right across Rolls-Royce. The diversity and scale of our projects is huge and you’ll be working across the full project lifecycle – from scoping, planning and scheduling to resource, cost and risk management, right through to the delivery of the finished product.
Hands-on assignments will give you the chance to apply your knowledge and to continue developing your skills. You’ll balance that with classroom and modular learning – and you’ll do everything with the support of your mentor, careers coaches and friends on the scheme.
Beyond that, you’ll work towards your first professional project management qualification from the APM - Association of Project Managers. You’ll also have our support should you choose to take your qualification to the next stage. For driven graduates who prove themselves capable of delivering the scale of projects we work on, this programme could lead to a management role where you can continue to build on everything you've learned.
