Rolls-Royce is renowned for delivering excellence across all of our products and services, to all of our customers. Doing that well means having the right people in the right place at the right time. And that’s where HR comes in.
As an HR graduate, you'll support the business both operationally and through the delivery of key projects. You might find yourself providing HR services at a specific site, working in our centres of excellence or gaining leadership experience and technical expertise as part of our shared services operations.
For example, it could be that you provide operational general HR support. This will see you managing risks and issues, working on wellbeing programmes, engaging in employee engagement and communications, and supporting wide-ranging cultural change. Or maybe you’ll manage our relationship with the European Works Council, and the rollout of our Corporate programmes. One thing’s for sure, with a remit covering employee relations, development and reward, you'll get to experience the full breadth of what we do.
Wherever you work, you'll develop knowledge and skills through a blend of on-the-job experience and formal training, with mentoring from a senior manager. You'll also have the opportunity to study towards accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), or a regional equivalent.
