Our commitment to delivering excellence extends far beyond our products. We take great pride in working to the highest standards in all that we do – and that’s why our Customer Management & Services function is so integral to our success. This is the team that ensures customers always come first.

Designed to develop future leaders and lasting for three and a half years, this programme will help you build a core foundation of skills, knowledge and experiences across different sectors, locations and roles. You’ll undertake three six-month placements, and a 24-month role covering the breadth of our activities. Across all of this, you can expect to work on diverse projects. You might be providing market information to support new business opportunities, helping us to execute our customer strategy, or creating value propositions. Equally, you might carry out sales evaluations and approve business opportunities, assessing the potential risks and returns.

We’ll develop your leadership potential too. So as well as giving you unique insights on the strategic direction of both the function, and the wider business, you can expect to develop the skills you need to take on an influential role after the programme.

You’ll have a strong support network around you, including a graduate development consultant, a career coach, graduate programme alumni, and of course, line managers for each placement. It’s everything you need to step up to a Customer Management & Services management role when the programme comes to an end. Marketing Manager, Market Research Manager, Customer Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Development Manager, Sales Manager, Customer Services Manager and Service Business Manager are just some of the roles that people on this programme have progressed to.
