Put your commercial aptitude and creativity to use as you help us find new and innovative ways to do business. As a graduate here, you’ll handle contracts, look at how we can maximise profits and minimise risk at every stage of the contract management lifecycle, from inception and signature to dispute resolution and closure. It's a fast-moving team, and you’ll be brought up to speed quickly as you take on a series of placements in key areas of Commercial – all tailored to the Rolls-Royce business you’re based in.

From the outset, you’re going to be absolutely fundamental to our success. We build incredibly complex, high-value products and have global customers that place huge demands on us. And you’ll be part of the team that ensures they can fully trust us to deliver on them. You could be supporting key customer accounts, negotiating new, multi-million pound sales and service contracts, supporting internal engineering teams, navigating through complex intellectual property issues, carrying out financial modelling and pricing or managing key strategic suppliers.

We’ll give you real responsibility early on so you can expect to work face-to-face with customers, partners and suppliers from all over the world, either here in the UK or on an international visit. Put simply, this role will give you invaluable exposure to real business issues, leading to a role where you can build on everything you've learned.

On this programme, you'll be following in the footsteps of a number of prominent Rolls-Royce leaders, and like them, you’ll develop your commercial expertise through on-the-job learning, underpinned by support from a Graduate Development Consultant and Career Coach. All of them will do all they can to ensure you get the most out of the programme.
