How to apply
Step 1: Application
Find your desired programme in Search and Apply to apply online. Please note that you can only apply for one programme each cycle, so please ensure you’re completely happy you’ve chosen the right one.
We'll want to know about your degree, work experience and extracurricular activities. You'll need to choose options from our drop-down menus, but there are also plenty of spaces to tell us more about yourself, so make sure you do!
The closing date for applications varies between programmes, so please check the individual listings - Please note, the Graduate Development Programme application process for Poland will open January 2016. Germany applications will open on 8 February 2016.
Once you have submitted your online application, you will immediately receive two emails - one to acknowledge that you have submitted your application, and a second email inviting you to take some online assessments. You will need to complete all of the assessments provided for your application to be considered.
Please note, not all emails are compatible with our systems so please check your spam/junk folders to ensure that you have received both emails.
You can also access these emails via “my job page” on your Rolls-Royce careers profile, or if you are still having difficulties please contact EarlyCareer.Applications@Rolls-Royce.com as soon as possible.

You have ten days to complete the assessments - but before you do, try out some sample questions by visiting http://Rolls-Royce.cut-e.com .
Step 2: Come to our Assessment Centre
If your application is successful, we will invite you to an assessment centre. This final stage of our recruitment process helps us further assess your suitability for our programmes. The day will usually include a behavioural interview, a technical interview, ability testing and group exercise. Research and preparation is the key to your success.
Step 3: Success - you've got the job!
We'll let you know if you've been successful within 48 hours of your Assessment Centre. If you are successful you'll receive a formal offer via email along with all the other relevant information you need.
Step 4: Starting at Rolls-Royce
Once you accept, we do all we can to make joining us as straight forward as possible. You'll be put in touch with the right people immediately to make sure that you have access to a network of support right from the beginning.
Wherever you are in the world, you'll also be invited to a regional induction. It's a great opportunity to meet your new colleagues, learn about the programme and get your career off to a flying start.
