Female undergraduate of the year
The TARGETjobs Undergraduate of the Year Awards launched six years ago, to identify and celebrate the UK's best undergraduates. Rolls-Royce is very proud to sponsor the Female Undergraduate of the Year category for the third year running – each year the competition has been fierce and our finalists have all had a huge range of experiences and have exciting careers ahead of them.
Ella Jakubowska won a summer internship in Customer Management & Services with us as part of her prize in 2013. Ella thoroughly enjoyed her time with Rolls-Royce and has since joined us on our graduate development programme. 2014 winner Courtney Gill completed her ten week paid internship in the International team with a trip to visit customers in Indonesia.
Entries for 2015 closed in February and 15 high-performing females were assessed in Derby. A glittering awards ceremony took place on 24th April and we’re thrilled to announce Aleksandra Pedraszewska, studying Land Economy at the University of Cambridge, as our 2015 winner – congratulations Aleksandra!
Aleksandra will be joining us in June and you’ll be able to follow her experience on our interns blog. In the meantime you can meet the other talented individuals on our shortlist and hear how last year’s winner, Courtney, found her time at Rolls-Royce.
