An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join Rolls Royce located in Mumbai. He/She will be a part of the Global Onsite ? Support team and will have daily operational responsibilities for IT Services at this location.
Responsibilities -
As an On-Site Support Engineer in Mumbai your responsibilities include - 
  • Daily Operational Support within your location, , including installing, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance and effective use of IT services
  • Managing the change management procedure, you will take account of the need for quality, security, availability, integrity and safety, and utilising specialized techniques, tools, methods or standards.
  • Ensures that departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) are within specified limits. Monitors the integrity and confidentiality of information delivered to and sent by users, the levels of service performance such as throughput, availability and response time.
  • Manages the timely and effective handling of incidents, requests and enquiries from the local user community
