The Compensation Consultant for Rolls-Royce North America will develop, implement and oversee all compensation programs in the US and Canada.  This role is responsible for analyzing and setting pay practices, incentive policies, conducting market studies and ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance related to pay.  This individual will be responsible for applying job evaluation techniques to establish equitable compensation rates within the organization as compared with industry.  Additionally, the Compensation Consultant recommends policies & procedures to maintain a competitive & equitable compensation program that meets the needs of North America business units.
As a member of the Reward Center of Excellence, the Compensation Consultant will assist in the design & implementation of global compensation programs. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Interpreting local, state & federal laws regulating compensation procedures and support of any internal or external compensation audits.
  • Leading the annual Performance Merit process and incentive payouts, designing and implementing the process, and communicating eligibility/opportunity announcements
  • Educating & overseeing communication of compensation philosophy, plans and incentive programs to all employees, and supporting Human Resources and Business Managers on compensation related decisions
