Job Summary
visiumRISK is a new OSyS solution being launched in the Oil and Gas industry that utilizes quantitative risk models to inform intelligent maintenance and operational planning decisions and drive up the level of risk insight.
As Senior Implementation Consultant you will work closely with established industry names and be involved in the complete project lifecycle from pre sales through to the establishment of live service. The selected candidate must have proven experience in managing software implementation projects, and domain knowledge in quantitative risk assessment tools and techniques (fault trees, event trees, RAM modeling, etc.). This is a well-rounded consultancy role which benefits from working in a project driven environment and has optimal growth potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a firm understanding of the OSyS visiumRISK product, to the degree of becoming a super user
  • Analyze and document customer needs to determine solution configuration requirements
  • Support development of quantitative risk models (based on fault trees and events trees) to assess plant safety, compliance and/or production risks based on specified requirements
  • Develop customized configuration of the software product dashboards
  • Configure interfaces between customer systems and the application
  • Analyze and load customer data into the application
  • Troubleshoot issues with customer?s configuration and data
  • Facilitate customer acceptance of OSyS products, including the production of deliverable artifacts
  • Deliver customer training for OSyS products Provide feedback to Product Development on potential enhancements to the software suite
  • Assist the Customer Business organization in client presentations, software demonstrations and set-up of pilot projects
