Rolls-Royce Nuclear is offering an excellent opportunity for a Plant Engineering Manger to lead an Engineering programme of a £1 billion New Build Nuclear facility. This role is to lead and develop a professional engineering and project delivery capability within the Core Design & Manufacture operational facilities.

As part of the Submarines Business to design, manufacture and support nuclear propulsion plant, Rolls-Royce has an 11 year programme of work at its reactor core manufacturing facility in Derby.
As a Plant Engineering Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Development and implementation of a systems engineering capability across the operational sites.
- Development and implementation of asset management plans across the operational sites.
- Definition and delivery of asset improvements and plant modifications across the operational sites.
- Development and implementation of configuration management systems across the operational sites.
