On the graduate programme, you are a permanent employee from day one, and you have a trial period of six months. Towards the end of your programme, you and your trainee coordinator will decide in which area of the company you will take up your first professional role.

Your salary is the rate for a newly qualified engineer. During your international placement, the company will cover the costs of your travel and accommodation.
