Criteria

• You must have a minimum of a three year Higher Education qualification
• You need to be fluent in English and have good writing skills
• We look for an interest in the Marine business
• You must have a good level of computer skills
• You should have recently graduated from university and be less than 30 years of age

Personal qualities are also important to us. We look for evidence that you are:

• Skilled at working with and through other people
• Focused on developing yourself and achieving your full potential
• Enthusiastic and enterprising

We are interested in receiving applications from a range of subjects, although our preference is in the following examples:

• NTNU Trondheim – Marine Technology, Product Design and Manufacturing, Engineering Cybernetics, Product Design Engineering, Automation.
• Alesund University College – Product Development and Design for Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture Automation.
• Bergen University College – Mechanical Engineering, Marine Technology.
