We have developed a programme that will give you a great start to your career. Individually tailored to you, taking into account your qualifications, background and aspirations, our structured 15-18 month programme consists of four work experience modules, each in a different part of the Marine business. One of your modules will be at an international location, and you can expect to move between several of our sites in Norway.

This gives you a broad view of the sector, and an insight into the operations and processes within the organisation. Our high quality combination of work experience and formal training courses will grow your technical knowledge and equip you with the skills needed for your assignments and for your future career.
