Market sectors
The marine activity within Rolls-Royce is divided into four markets: offshore, merchant, submarines and naval. In Norway we mainly work within the commercial market, with offshore being our largest market.

More than 20,000 vessels have Rolls-Royce equipment installed, and 400 vessels in 70 navies are powered by Rolls-Royce. More than 500 of the world’s offshore vessels are of Rolls-Royce UT-Design.
