Who are we looking for?

First and foremost, you need to be working towards or have obtained an MBA.

You should also have prior knowledge of, or at the very least, a healthy interest in, the nuclear, aerospace, energy, marine or defence sectors.

Beyond that, we’re looking for confident communicators with exceptional management skills, strong commercial understanding, effective influencing skills and the character to manage your own development.
