Our approach to remunerating our business leaders is simple: contribute to our success and you’ll share in the rewards.

What this means is that, while your particular package will depend on such factors as your role, experience and location, you can rest assured that you will be rewarded fairly, competitively and in line with what you’d expect from a leading global company.

For example, in the UK, you can expect to receive around £65k basic + joining bonus + 10 per cent bonus (with similarly competitive rates being offered in other countries).

Training and development

While you’ll be expected to drive and manage your own development, we will give you access to all the opportunities, support and networks you need to realise your ambitions.

For instance, you will complete an initial induction with a senior business director, who will give you an insight into our approach to problem solving and managing change, as well as introducing you to valuable contacts.

You will also receive the support of a senior coach and mentor, as well as a ‘buddy’ – a previous MBA hire who will help make your transition into the company as smooth as possible. In addition, peer reviews will help ensure that you are as happy with your progress as we are.
