Our job is to ensure we deliver our customers' engines and spare parts on time and at a minimal cost - no matter how complicated the order nor how many hundreds or thousands of parts are involved. To do this, we need to plan, introduce and control product supply activities, including everything from the supply of raw materials to the point of customer delivery.
Every step of the way we work with an ever-evolving chain of people and processes and global suppliers to drive down operating costs, institute simpler, better process solutions and establish standard practices across our global organisation. And we've done this to such an extent that we soon expect our supply chain performance alone to win us orders from customers and earn us investment from new shareholders.
