For the duration of your secondment to the UK, your salary will be adjusted to a level similar to the UK Professional Excellence graduates.

When you return to China at the end of your secondment, you can expect a good relocation package, including a one-off repatriation bonus, reasonable removals costs and temporary accommodation provision.
