Harry Holt - DSO, OBE

Harry Holt joined Rolls-Royce as Director, Global Government Relations in May 2011. He leads a global team which represents the interests of Rolls-Royce to governments and members of government institutions.

Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Harry had a distinguished career in the British Army. Widely respected as the leading officer of his generation, he fulfilled some of defence’s most demanding and sensitive appointments during the last ten years, both as a commander on combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere, and as a strategic planner in the Ministry of Defence.

Throughout his career Harry has demonstrated an ability to deliver success in complex inter-agency and cross-government plans. He has considerable experience of dealing with government stakeholders at the highest level across our established and emerging market territories.

Harry was educated at Eton College, Bristol University, the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, and at Cranfield University, where he completed his MA. He is married with two young children.
