Global Ethics
Maintaining the company’s reputation for high
ethical standards is vital to Rolls-Royce. We believe
that everyone has a role to play in maintaining and
building upon this reputation. Our Global Code of Business
ethics is at the heart of the way we do business and
how we deliver our values of integrity, reliability
and innovation.
During 2008 all employees will take part in briefing
sessions which bring our Global Code of Business Ethics
to life. Ethics Champions are being put in place across
Rolls-Royce and global reporting lines enable any employee
to report any ethical concerns.
